This is what it feels like to be in a restored body. 

But let me tell you something… a few years ago, this was not what my life looked like. I was anxious, depressed, lonely, and suffering from chronic illnesses like IBS and chronic cystic acne. I worked in a job I hated, and I didn’t have any real friends. I didn’t even have someone I could call if I needed a ride to the airport. I tried therapy, meditation, breathwork and medications, but nothing seemed to help. In fact, things kept getting worse. Every year I was more lonely, more depressed, more anxious. My digestion was getting worse and my acne just wouldn’t go away. It wasn’t until I discovered shame and true nervous system regulation work that I began to understand the true cause of my suffering. It’s not an exaggeration when I tell you that somatic healing, root cause nervous system regulation and cyclical nervous system work changed my life.

Hi, I'm Dana - your principle Nervous System Practitioner and creator of this program. 

Dana Doswell is a Nervous System Mentor & Educator that helps people with LLCD (low level chronic dysregulation) shift out of their survival state and embrace their primal & intuitive selves by supporting them through a healing journey of descending back into their body and re-sensitizing themselves to what safe presence feels like.

She brings together the study of evolution, somatics, psychology and an unquenchable desire to articulate how true nervous system health merges fields of study that have otherwise been seen as separate. Dana holds certifications in IFS & Somatic Parts work, Applied Polyvagal Theory through Movement, Somatic Attachment Trauma Healing and is currently undergoing in -depth training on the female nervous system and developing a cyclical regulation framework for the female body.
