Unshackled 2025

Eight (8) weeks of guided journeying into the female nervous system, somatic shadow-work, de-shaming and a physiology-first way of understanding, healing, and empowering your body and mind.

 

UNSHACKLED PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Begins: Week of February 3rd
  • Two (2) Sessions/week: 
    • Embodied Education session: Wednesdays from 6-8pm EST
    • Live guided somatic practice & sharing circle: Thursdays 6-7pm EST 
  • *The exception is our guest practitioner Veronica Rottman (@WakingWomb on IG) is teaching both her sessions on Feb 12th and March 12th from 12-2pm EST 
  • You will be a member of "The Village" - our Slack community where you will connect with all the other women, receive & give support in true reciprocity and have access to an "Ask Dana" channel to receive support directly from Dana when you have a burning question! 
  • You will have lifetime access to the entire program and each session will be recorded and uploaded the next day.

  • Week #6: The Pelvic Bowl + The Nervous System (Guest: Veronica @WakingWomb)

  • Week #8: Closing Ceremony + Invoking Resilience To Shame
