Who is this for + what will we cover?

In this workshop, we are going to talk about procrastination and your relationship with 'working' from a nervous system perspective, what it means to experience resistance (it's not that you're lazy), and start the shift towards taking consistent, aligned action towards your goals (& what to do when you don't know what your goals are). 

 

Our agenda (which is open to change depending on group vibes & where the convo takes us): 

-Open conversation: what it means to 'do the work' 

-Defining consistent action

-How to create safety in the body 

-Bringing resistance + creative energy to the surface

-Somatically processing + moving through resistance 

-How to create safety while DOING the work

-Integrating through rest & through somatic practices (& when to do what) 

 

*I will also be creating a follow up integration practice that will be pre-recorded and for you to do within 5 days of doing the workshop.
