This program will not be a cure for long COVID. However, this program can support you with your healing process and act as a safe space to help support both the emotional & somatic burden you're carrying from having long COVID. 

I suggest working with a trusted medical practitioner alongside this program to address long COVID from all angles. 

Sessions will be held either in the mornings for those in North America (therefore afternoon/evening for those in Europe), as well as a few nighttime sessions. ALL sessions will be recorded and you will have lifetime access. 

There is no guarantee offered - for this program or any other program I offer. This is due to the nuance of healing for each individual. 

What this program offers is a safe container, science-backed education around nervous system regulation, a safe & loving community as well as a huge range of tools you can implement (with guidance). 

In healing, there is never 'one thing' that will solve everything. This program will act as one huge pillar of support for you. 

Yes! You will be able to pay in one, two, three or four payments. You will not be penalized or charged a higher amount if you choose to pay in two or three payment options.

This is NOT a comprehensive treatment for CPTSD, PTSD, OCD, or long COVID.
