I'm Dana Doswell

I recovered from my own Freeze Response, where I was stuck for 12+ years. Since being emotionally and physically bullied at the age of 14, I spent the next good chunk of my life floating between fight or flight and complete shutdown states. For so long I thought I was depressed, had severe anxiety and that I simply wasn't trying hard enough to heal. 

Fast forward to 2019 when I learned about the nervous system - specifically how we move up and down this spectrum of three main nervous system states. Everything clicked into place for me and I began to feel hopeful I truly could experience life from a place of peace. Or even just from a place of not feeling so bad all the time. 

Fast forward to 2022 and I have become not only obsessed with helping people regulate their nervous systems, but have helped over 150 people do so. 

 

I'm putting together this program specifically because I didn't see anyone else in the market offering proper, in-depth support for those who got pushed into a Freeze state from the pandemic. 

 

I combine science, spirituality and somatics to help you learn how to shift your state and lead with your nervous system.

We will cover three main pillars: Deep Nervous System Regulation, Community, and Circadian Rhythm Foundations. 

 

 The program will start the week of August 15th and sessions will be held at times that work for North America + Europe to attend live. 

 You will receive three live sessions per month, supporting material + somatic practices and have lifetime access to the content. 

 Community is HUGE for this program, so you will also receive access to a community forum where you can connect with others in the group and seek out support directly from Dana. 

MONTH ONE

THAWING THE FREEZE

Month one will focus on a combination of in-depth nervous system education & somatically connecting with your body to begin the 'thawing' process.

LIGHT WILL GUIDE THE WAY

Month three is all about the circadian rhythm. It's so much more than just getting your sleep on track. It impacts your emotions, behaviours and how your hormones function.

Month four is the culmination of the first three months. We will go even deeper into the body through somatics, circadian rhythm foundations and then dive further into a self-regulation practice.
