I have been in the world of personal development for 9+ years, was that person that tried talk-therapy multiple times only to never actually feel like I made any real lasting change. 

After reconditioning my nervous system through de-conditioning and somatic therapies, I rarely ever feel anxiety anymore (it used to be crippling for me), my hormone levels have improved across the board, I sleep better, I learn faster, I experience stress on a weekly basis instead of daily (or hourly)...the list goes on.
